i told shong i was inspired by her and would start blogging again, but havent managed to do so. its been so long and everything's so different! i dont think i want it to be for people to read anymore, more like for me to remember. it was quite retarded and frustrating before not being able to say what i wanted to since people involved would read it. defeats the whole purpose.

ytd was ama's birthday, we had a humongous cake and delicious indian food. thats one thing i can be sure of when meeting my father's side - there'll be awesome indian food. i also discovered that my grandmother, who never speaks english to me and who i hardly speak to coz i think she doesnt understand, has younger totally english-speaking friends!

i hate chinese new year coz everything's closed and we have to sit at home being loserish. even the food shops are closed!
